Hi, I just noticed on http://104.239.175.197:8080/package/ziptastic-core that ziptastic-core fails to build:

    Cannot parse LANGUAGE pragma
    Expecting comma-separated list of language options,
    each starting with a capital letter
      E.g. {-# LANGUAGE TemplateHaskell, GADTs #-}

The best way to handle this would be to see a resolution to snoyberg/http-client#266. But that may or may not happen any time soon, if at all.

The hacky solution would be to attempt an encrypted connection first and if it throws, try an unencrypted connection. I'd much rather avoid that if possible.
