A back end application for e-commerce using Express.js API, Sequelize and MySQL

This is a command-line application that let's users update the database for an eCommerce business, including products, categories and tags.

• What was your motivation?

• Answer: To understand more about the operations of ecommerce businesses.

• Why did you build this project?

• Answer: To help managers keep track of what's in stock and update products, tags and categories conveniently.

• What problem does it solve?

• Answer: Tracking and updating the database for an eCommerce business.

• What did you learn?

• Answer: Express.js, Node.js, MySQL, Sequelize, the structure of ORM.

Please tell us the 3 simple steps for installing your app.

• Step 1: In MySQL shell, source the schema.sql;
• Step 2: Seed the database in the main folder;
• Step 3: Run npm start in the main folder and user Insomnia to check all database information and track and update them.
