您好！我按照说明使用代码，在BacMet中我只将test的序列放进来，无法运行，但在我将test_args.bacmet.report.temp的文件也放入后才可以正常运行并得出文件夹中的结果。参考过之前的问题我也确认了一下环境，diamond在环境中，也使用了绝对路径，我在用自己的fa文件时会出现同样的问题，请问您这种情况应该怎么解决这个问题呢？是类似于您提到的权限问题吗？十分感谢！
