Add an implementation for DNS Record Checking for some cases.
It will be used to check if the domain really exist at the time.

It may work like this:

u, _ := url.NewURL("https://boratanrikulu.com")
if u.IsRecorded() {
    fmt.Println("Yes, there is an DNS record for this domain.")
} else {
    fmt.Println("No, there is no record for the domain.")
}

What will happens If the domain has only country tld?
For example: bora.fi

Current structure won't allow this domain [1]. Needs a fix.

Add an implementation for checking if the URL is live at the time.

It may work like this:

u, _ := url.NewURL("https://boratanrikulu.dev/dns-guvenlik-sorunlari/")
if u.IsLive() {
    fmt.Println("Yes, the url is live..")
} else {
    fmt.Println("No, the url is not live.")
}

I guess checking HTTP status code to expect 200 - 499 would be fine for this feature.
