Hello, I came from the Reddit post in the r/discordapp subreddit.

As a developer, I know a lot about Discord structure as I used it many times for BetterDiscord themes, plugins, etc.

Although it's available for some users, most users do not have this in their local storage.
I checked that on the Discord desktop app (windows and Linux) and the Discord browser app (windows and Linux).

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the account that was tested on is ~4 years old and it's my main account. Also tested on a few months old alt account and got the same results.

This won't work anymore because Discord moved to cloud storage for the gifs, instead of local storage.
This can make some sense because storing all that data on a PC, it's not so good especially if the PC is a low-end PC and can't handle all that data.

Because it's on the cloud, there is no way to resolve the favorite gifs currently.
I will try and check other things and reply to that issue if any solution was found.
