Description/Context
Some Boxr errors come back in the format of {status_code}: {raw_response}. This is not readable to users as it contains raw JSON, however the contained JSON cannot be reasonably parsed with the status code part of the string. As a solution, move the status code inside the response JSON.

Acceptance Criteria
Update the condition in Boxr::BoxrError that returns the status concatenated with the response body.

1. Parse the response_body JSON into a hash.
2. Attach the status to the hash.
3. Serialize the hash and return the JSON string.

Describe the bug
If the Rails logger lives in activesupport, then a more robust way of logging is Jay's suggest test-suite wide.

This allows people to configure whether they wanna see the logging or not. puts doesn't allow you to mute the output.
