Users should be able to create a json/yaml config file when running GoTasks with their own settings

Currently the instructions are misleading.

go install github.com/Zarathustra2/GoTasks worked for me

Setting the github token does not work if called before GoTasks -gitissues, since saveGitToken() does not check if the table exists.

The Git Issues Test fails on travis sometimes because we do not supply a token. Since we share the instance with other projects which may also test Github's API we all share the same address. As we do not provide a token the requests per hour are limited.

Solution:

1. Disable test on Travis
2. Provide a token

If #5 is done, we can think about adding the ability to not save the data in a sqlite server but to store in a server specified by the settings file. This way users can share the same tasks base on multiple devices.
