Adding an updater that patches the jsrl.exe and dependecies as needed.

Adding basic debugging support (needs #3 first) including:

• Send logs to computer
• Generate more meanigfull error messages
• Send exceptions to computer
• Add breakpoints
• Allow code inspection on runtime

When sensor are attached while JSRL is running, thei are not detected properly.
