Hello, you have the only broken Proxy list on all of Github.

Go and wget the socks4.txt or http.txt or socks5.txt and you will see the formatting is completely screwed up inside a Linux text editor. There are ^M characters in the wrong places, and the lines are all jibberish and merged together
