Skill/Attack range will not walk into range when 1 cell out of range.

Hi, still having navigation problems with attack range for both skills and weapon attacks.

Envenom Range 2.
Spawn monster 1721, move 3 cell away, cast the skill.
Character does not navigate 1 cell into range like it should?
Try at 4 cells away or more, and it walks into range correctly and casts the skill.
Try at 2 or 1 it will cast the skill.

But this also happens with attacks not just skills.
At 2 cells away with bare hands or dagger/sword.
And at 4 with a spear.

It does appear to be client side, as the client does not send any network packets to attack.
Any ideas where to fix this?

Missing maps from worldviewdata files

Several maps were removed in renewal (fields from rachel, veins, juno, comodo, etc..) and they're missing from the worldviewdata files in pre-renewal.

Many items have the wrong resource name?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is correct, but it seems like there are many items with the wrong "identifiedResourceName" in this translation project such as CD in mouth "ÀÔ¿¡¹«´ÂÄÞÆÑÆ®µð½ºÅ©" or Stunner Shades "ºí¶óÀεå¾È°æ".
These resource names don't show up in any data.grf I've ever loaded into a grf editor, whether it's data from 2012, or updated data from 2016.
When in game, it gives a resource error and cannot find the corresponding data for certain items.
