When using advertisement positioning templates and you "Remove all advertisements", the ads come back on page reload.

site_interactions.js isn't being run from the manifest file.

Drag.js appears to be running more than once, causing the templates to be applied more than once, which leads to overlapping advertisements.

Unchecking the "warning when no charity is selected" box does stop the warning.

If you are not using a template and you click on the remove all ads button, the notification tells you to "Refresh this page to go back to the No Automation template."

Refreshing the page is not necessary in this case since the advertisements are immediately removed from the page.

To use advertisement placement templates, it appears that you first have to manually create an advertisement, then the templates will work on all sites.

The extension isn't rendering advertisement number 2, it just skips to number 3 and stops at 5.

On the manually deletion of all the advertisements on a page, the user is reverted back to the template when they refresh the page.

People should be able to see if they have selected a charity directly on the options page.

There is a limit on the number of nodes checked for charities (currently at 100). We need to find a better way to fix it. An easy way would be to just use a SQL query to get the NID's where type=charity and then use the node_load for each of those node ID's
