Asteroids_FPGA-

This is a classic arcade game designed using Altera Quartus II for the Altera DE2 board.

Setup

To play this game you will need a Quartus DE2 development board, a PS2 keyboard, and VGA cable and monitor.

  1. Connect keyboard and monitor to DE2 board.
  2. Open the Project2.qfp file (in Asteroid_Game_designs folder) in Quartus II.
  3. Program the DE2 board.
  4. Control of the ship is done with the arrow keys.
  5. Enjoy!

NOTE: I can no longer provide support for this project, as I do not have access to the Altera DE2 hardware required to us it.
