Started new game with this installed still not showing up. Still the same two issues.

This could be two things.
One- I think you are missing the baskets.xml and it list inside. As research had a rebuild in version 3.0 I think when this was added. It messed up my buildmodule unlocking research.
Two - it could just be it needs a cue to run it as a 1st time run so your talk commands show up.

I am now looking for a way to add it back in midgame as I want to do like the Dev did to unlock the later reseach for PHQ jumping. But I wanted to add a talk to command to our Fish friend so I could set it to do it anytime I wanted to check to see if it need to relearn the research list. If you can/have figure out how to create talk commands with him that would be of help to me.

I will try to correct the baskets and test that out. Then submit it as a fork.
