YourWeather.Client项目无法正常运行
YourWeather.Client项目一直显示Loading，断点也无法执行。
定位失败，一直在加载
Web以及MAUI、Winform、WPF、Photino的Windows，都出现定位失败，一直加载的问题。由于定位是使用html5的Geolocation，navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition。而这个api是由浏览器提供的。
经过初步排查，是因为edge浏览器最近一次的更新，版本号114.0.1823.37，WebView2也是依靠edge浏览器。
在火狐浏览器中是可以正常定位的。
在win11虚拟机中的edge，版本号112.0.1722.58，是可以正常定位的。
安卓手机版的edge浏览器113.0.1774.50也是不可以的。
Blazor Serer打包部署后会出现定位的那个js 404，并且主页面显示的时间不对
最后一个WPF项目可以直接运行，但发布后publish文件夹无法运行exe文件，realease文件夹下可以
