采用 XHR2.0 开发的异步下载工具

本工具采用 xhr2.0 新特性开发，兼容性欠佳，可在浏览器异步下载远程资源，可实时显示下载速度，通过简单前端绘图即可实现在网页中显示下载进度条，下载速度，在下载完成后可弹出保存文件窗口，快速将文件保存至本地文件夹。

其余功能待完善。目前功能仅限能用，仅作参考
