Startup speed has gotten better with time, but I can see room for improvement. For the settings UI, startup is sometimes slower than I'd expect. For the background process, it seems fine so far, but I still wish to look into it.

Mainly considering spdlog - std::cout and friends are not intended for this use case, and OutputDebugString debugging is far from ideal. These logs should NOT be uploaded automatically, to avoid privacy concerns - I don't think the current messages include anything particularly concerning, but still.

The views are not yet prepared for the designer. I cannot currently test the app under the designer, as the app targets Windows 11 and I am on Windows 10 - however, I do know the designer crashes, most views are not properly sized for it, and there is no design time data (or any accommodations for the design view in general).
