但是怎么web页面链接访问 http://localhost:8080/user/register 一直是404加载不出来

这里如果是将整数直接转为字符串显示，应该考虑使用 strconv.FormatInt((int64(u.Id))
string(u.Id) 将生成一个rune 值为 u.Id 值的字符串。
路径处理的问题
很不错的一个Go Gin WEB的入门系列，点赞点赞点赞！！！
在看到关于处理用户头像信息的相关内容是，一些处理路径的方式有不对或者错误的地方：
比如：
path = path + "avatar\\"
更正确的处理方式应该是使用filepath.Join:
path = filepath.Join(path, "avatar")
适合新手学习，多出一点有深度的gin框架的知识
