I have downloaded Olivia and followed all the instruction.

But I have still some problems with some libraries

I am currently using Macbook Retina mid 2014 macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

I tried to look for solution but still not solved the problem

Hi,

I am trying to create cyana.lib file from pdb, and using command
pdb2reslib -i 11.pdb -o PCys.lib

but I got message like PDB file /11.pdb: Couldn't open.

So how can I create this for untypical amino acid residue from pdb file

Dear Yokochi,

I successfully installed Olivia-1.17.0 on my linux machine.
However, I am unable to use the pdb2reslib module of olivia.
Please help me.
