Considering different fonts for extended Latin languages
(I'm speaking from the perspective of Vietnamese here, but if anyone is underserved by PGothic it might be helpful as well.)
The current font does not look good for some languages, such as in this case for Vietnamese:
Due to poor support from PGothic, a lot of diacritics from sans-serif are mixed in with the usual Latin text. It would be difficult to fix this without fixing the font itself which is non-trivial as well as legally dubious, while other fonts might be more desirable for this task.
For Windows 10, Bahnschrift is ideal for Vietnamese. Here's a sample with minor CSS changes:

Location of some 2kki badges displays as unknown while playing a different game
Issues with the Time Trial help text
- The help text doesn't display even though the icon and it's contents are intact.
- The icon for displaying help text doesn't appear in the English UI.
I've looked at these things for a few hours and I didn't find anything wrong, maybe I don't understand the structure of the site enough or some of the features it uses.
Add a link to YNOproject's Tumblr at the bottom of the page
Add a configurable notification advising the player to save and backup their save file
Some players tend to forget to save their game or to make backups, making them lose their save when their cookies are cleared for whatever reason, being dependent on them or not. Thus, having a feature where Aa notification with a message "Remember to save often and to backup your save files." that would appear frequently with a adjustable time (15 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, don't be displayed) could be useful to prevent this kind of issue from happening.
Tapping the viewport on iOS will cause the game to crash
VMs from the Vending Machine Finder feature perform no check tied to the money owned by the player and the direction faced
This means that you can complete a vending machine expedition without buying anything, by interacting from the wrong side and/or not having enough money.
Out-of-date 2kki location cache prevents badge location search from functioning
Inconsistency in locked badges' alignment
Moving the player for a short time to another map will not update properly the location display
If the player is temporarily moved to a map, then instantly after warped back to the map where the player was before being teleported, the game will still display them as being in the map where they temporarily got teleported.
In that case, the player is displayed as being in the Debug Room while being in the Eternal Church, due to the use of those two commands in a row.
In terms of workaround for now, this means that if you want to reset the map this way without messing the location display, you need to move the player on a map set as being ignored for the location display (for example in 2kki, this is map 900; this is done in qxy areas so there is not much issue there, but in some wataru's maps the player is moved to another map of said author which is is used, causing the location display to become incorrect like in said case).
Some lines of the UI are not updated when the language is changed
This affects the "This Season ends in ..." line in the Expeditions menu, the Loading... line when checking a badge gallery, the different moderation related menus (right click or full menu) and I may be missing more.
This also affects the location displayed in the chat, but reloading the whole chat doesn't seem really worthy.
Reconnection doesn't work if websocket connection closes or is closed
When the websocket connection gets closed, the reconnect button does not function at all, leaving players to directly issue the initSessionWs() function on the console, which could not be done on mobiles, in which case forces them to reload the page.
Website rules for chatting and playing
I think it's really important that we have rules on the website and not just on the Discord server. For chatting rules, the same ones as the server's rules minus Discord-exclusive stuff; And also, rules regarding the game such as debug mode and cheating (obviously) being forbidden. One last thing, considering having a rule on new content being spoilered when discussed in chat, at least for a week after its release? Though not everyone might have the same opinion on it
Strange behaviour with blocked players
Normally when you block a player that's in the same world as you their in-game sprite disappears and so does their name from the player list, but these effects go away after you re-enter the world they're in
Add instructions on what to do if there are issues if the game doesn't load (clear cache, hard reload page, try a private tab...)
Could be placed as a tip, when a page is loading for a while on the loading screen (1 min), or again alongside the crash message.
The preload files feature no longer works since a recent rewrite of a part of the Player
Would need to be fixed, otherwise removed from the settings.
Starting Yume Tsushin while having the site in another language than English will cause the Player to crash
When playing in another language than English, the game will try to load a translation from the language folder of the game which doesn't exist, causing a crash.
Two possible ways to solve this:
- create a language folder in the folder of the game on the site (this should fix the issue without altering the menu of the title screen)
- add an exception to not execute the script to load a translation specifically for Yume Tsushin
Also, since the game is not planned to receive translations (due to using a conlang), the message Game Localization Unsupported
should not be displayed when having the site in another language than English.
The location of 2kki badges is displayed as Unknown Location when the entry is not in the config while playing another game

The fullscreen button doesn't work on iOS
If it's not possible to make it work on said platform, it would probably be better to remove it there.
The zoom-in on the doors is misaligned
Display rules of the site when playing a game for the first time, not only when opening the chat
Some rules (e.g. cheating) may be unseen if the player does it without opening the chat once while playing on a device with a limited layout (e.g. mobile) where the rules button may not be seen without scrolling.
Allow badge galleries preset to be created to make it easier to change the badge gallery

Fix the language detection script

I've tried to code it to make the site not use the setting of a language for a game if the language selected doesn't exist, but I have no knowledge in js and I keep failing when trying to fix it (always fail for some users) while not having the issue on my side
Add instructions on how to enable Time Trial Mode for 2kki Time Trial badges category
Could be done by having a message between the Time Trial text in the the badge list and the actual badges, or by having a ? icon next to Time Trial still in said menu, similar to what used to be displayed for the Screenshot Fix option.
May need to also be done in the future for CU since a Time Trial Mode is also planned there.
Writing in the chat can be done while the rules are still displayed on-screen
Fix expedition message not fading
I don't know if it's by design but some notifications, like the ones for completing expeditions, don't fade, while the ones for expedition list being updated do after a few seconds.

While it is possible to change the Sound or BGM Volume of a game while playing from the UI of the website, if a settings configuration was set in the EasyRPG settings menu (accessible by pressing F1 on computer) that changes the value of the Sound or BGM Volume to something else, it may take the priority while it should not.

Add a text as a tip/in the site Save Management menu on exporting saves using translations
When saving while using EasyRPG with a translation active, the save file is edited to have a flag saying that said savefile should use the encoding specified for the translation (this is due to text being stored in the savefile, and otherwise when loading the save said text wouldn't be displayed properly for some languages - e.g., for some time, saving in Braingirl while having the text set in Japanese would not display any option when loading the save file).
As such, if you try to use a savefile which was last saved using a translation on the RPG_RT, the game will display an error message and prevent you from using it until you save once again on EasyRPG without any active translation.
Thus, having a message instructing the user about this behaviour would be useful.
Manage Badge Gallery button toggling
The "Last Online X Days Ago" can sometimes display that the person was last online 2000 years ago under rare circumstances
The auto theme feature (case-sensitive) checks for the name of the system in RPG Maker (not case-sensitive), not the name of the file
This currently causes an issue with the menu theme EBroxas_menu_1 in Uneven Dream since while this is the name of the System file both in the files of the game and for the menu of the site, it is referenced in RPG Maker as Ebroxas_menu_1, making it not be loaded while using the auto ui.
Mobile layout: connecting a controller will hide the mobile layout even when set to be displayed
[2kki] Hourglass Desert & Pyramid Maze Map Buttons
The Hourglass Desert displays the map for its Pyramid Maze when outside of it, and the inside of the Pyramid Maze doesn't display a map button at all. I'm assuming this is an issue with the wiki crawling portion of forest-orb, but I could be wrong and this might need to go into the issues of a different repository.
Both maps are linked to from the Hourglass Desert page on the wiki, and appear to be captioned appropriately within, but maybe some other data of the files themselves is unexpected or ignored by the crawler? I'm assuming it's somehow picking up that the Hourglass Desert's isn't linked to from the World Maps page and that's somehow interfering with things, but I have no idea why the main area would pull up its sub area's map at all, then.

Sporadic issues with language detection
I know an issue like this is already public, but this one doesn't depend on if the language selected exists. With the website set to English, sometimes (commonly 1st launch per day?) the game starts in Japanese- makes me think the game is failing to read the language in these edge cases. The circumstances indicate to me that it may have to do with differences in loading times.
