Add proper .env and docker-compose.yml for project about document-center-be HOT 6 CLOSED

I've already updated the .env.example. Could you please specify what additional information is needed?

I think it needs some example values in the docker-compose file and environment variables to work, for example:

MINIO_ENDPOINT=localhost
MINIO_ACCESS_KEY=ERSTY*(&^YDRTGFGHOR&TYKDCGH

The PostgreSQL configuration was well done:

POSTGRES_PASSWORD=password
POSTGRES_USER=user
POSTGRES_DB=db
DATABASE_URL=postgresql://user:password@localhost:5436/db

Also, I remember that MINIO_ROOT_USER and MINIO_ROOT_PASSWORD are not necessarily needed.

Maybe @Yu-Rou-Weng can help to make the .env.example work out of the box.

I think it already has default values because the docker-compose still works even when all the environment variables are left empty.

I want the developers to only need to set the OAuth secret in the Docker Compose file. Other settings should have default values out-of-the-box.

Ensure that the default values in the .env.example file are sufficient for all services, including NestJS itself, to start successfully without errors, even if the developer does not set anything else.
