It is a sample that makes several pictures together to create a new picture,some app call it a collage. Every picture has it's own region as a frame ,we can drag one border and it will effect other relevant frame as below:

这是一个将多张图片放在一个可编辑完成拼图的功能样例，每张图片有一个自己的区域边框，可以拖动其中一张图片的额区域边框的拖动条，就可以联动其他图片的区域边框：

You can drag picture to where is out of the region frame and it will go back to the frame through a animation or you also can exchange picture by a long press on one picture and drag to another picture's region frame as below::

你可以拖动图片，如果拖动到边框之外，松手图片就会通过一个动画归位。长按图片一小段时间，然后拖动图片到另一张图片上就可以交换图片位置。
