Unable to build on Debian stretch

Hello!

Getting this error:

./configure: line 16201: syntax error near unexpected token `ICU,icu-i18n,'

Commands to reproduce the issue:

docker run -ti debian:stretch /bin/bash

# inside docker container do following commands

apt-get update
