πŸŽ“ Maryland Institute College of Art's Graphic Design BFA 2020 Exhibition

Historically, MICA's Artwalk Exhibition has been a physical space for viewers to come in and experience in-person degree projects by our graduating class. Due to COVID-19, this pandemic rejuvenated a team of graduating students in the BFA Graphic Design program to spearhead, lead, and invent this alternative virtual exhibition for their class.

Projects with long titles don't render well

Describe the bug
The grid on the /AnneXin page is rendered incorrectly on Safari. There is space between the horizonal grid rows. This appears to be caused by a too-long title stretching out the title element.

Thin lines missing or inconsistent on Safari

Describe the bug
In Safari for the desktop, the thin lines on the grid and letter filtering bar are of inconsistent thickness and sometimes are missing.

Desktop:

  • OS: MacOS Mojave
  • Browser: Safari
(These bugs do not show in Chrome.)

Screenshots
There's a few things going on here:

  • The grid lines are of varying thickness, especially the vertical line above the green arrow. This looks very jarring
  • vertical line above the letter filter bar is thinner above the O letter
  • the O letter is nearly invisible, and the N letter is partially blurred. (This might be a separate problem)
