The task

- Adding the features and corrections to the sqlite_main.py that i added and mentioned on #1

Issues:

1. Logical issues on if statements

2. Improving except handlers

3. Adding symbols support for the /historical

4. Adding rollback for database queries, so even after a wrong request it will have capabilites to rollback and keep working.

5. Adding meta tags
