Pain4 Gain

Sports and Diet Application

The Pain4Gain project seeks to provide an all-inclusive health and fitness application that aids users in achieving their fitness objectives. Although there are similar applications that provides some of functionalities which Pain4Gain provide, our app aims to combine many of these features with a simple interface so that user is satisfied only with Pain4Gain instead of using different apps for diet and fitness.

Features

Pain4Gain offers a range of useful features to its users:

1. Create Workout Plans

  • Exercises and Repetitions: Add different exercises for each exercise.

2. Diet Recommendations

  • Calorie Counting: Calculate the calorie values of meals and monitor daily calorie intake.
  • Healthy Recipes: Access healthy meal recipes and nutrition tips.

3. Progress Tracking

  • Statistics and Charts: Track your sports performance and nutrition-related statistics and visualize your progress through charts.

Tech

  • Flutter: Pain4Gain's mobile application is developed using the Flutter framework, allowing for cross-platform compatibility and a native-like user experience.
  • Dart: The programming language used for Flutter app development.
  • UI/UX: Flutter's widgets and libraries are leveraged to create an engaging user interface.
