Thank you for this. I tried to get it to work yesterday on an OpenWRT 19.07 vm before putting it into production, but after some hours of research and tinkering I could not get it to work with your script. It worked somehow after I installed a few dependencies that pip and homaassistant had trouble to install though.

Here is the list of things I did on 19.07:

opkg update
opkg install python3-pip python3-cffi python3-cryptography python3-bcrypt python3-multidict python3-yarl
pip3 install --upgrade pip
pip3 install homeassistant

Question: Is there a reason to attempt to install a failed package up to 5 times?
