One cannot change folder when trying to edit upload properties.
Sequence:
Organize->Uploads->Edit properties

1. Select the folder that contains the upload

Selected folder is flashed but after that Software Repository is shown again.

when I tried to upload from git, did not add the https_proxy, then tried to upload from git https://github.com/schacon/grit.git
wgetagent hang for hours, the scheduler do nothing for it.
also

sudo ./fo_scheduler -k can not work

sudo /etc/init.d/fossology stop can not work

if we can find a good solution for it, that will be great.

Using Fossology 2.4 to process the attached files causes the "Show Jobs" page to show blank entries for the Nomos job row, even after completion. Using "License Browser" after completion does display the correct/expected file counts though.
