• Create npmpublish.yml workflow

the SVG folder contains a total of 261 files while the png folder contains 771 with 3x = 255, 2x = 255, 1x = 261.
Seems like the png folder is missing 4 flags?

Missing files:

• CAF
• CAS
• CNA
• COC
• CSA
• WW

My idea is to add Antarctica flag, even if it is unofficial, we already have flags not only for countries but for continents, too, and we are missing Antarctica. Code: AQ.

I'd like to extend this package with a new version that support NPM package implementation. If you want to help, it will be more than appreciated. Also, it would be a great idea to update the flag-icons website.

Sin embargo me dícen que el mejor lugar para publicar una reseña es en el enláce "ISSUE".

Las banderas de ésta distribución son EXCELENTES,
en otros lugares faltan o son feas.

De hecho,llegué hasta aquí buscando la condenada bandera de CURAZAO (CW).

No la conseguía en BUEN formato hasta llegar aquí.

Espero que sigan manteniendo éste proyecto.
