Create account if you don't have.

1. Login to the console.
2. Select Runtime | Functions | Configure from left menu bar.
3. Check Enable ACCOUNT_SID and AUTH_TOKEN

1. Select Runtime | Functions | Manage from left menu bar.
2. Select plus button in the upper left.
3. Select blank functions template and click create button.
4. Enter your favorite character in FUNCTION NAME and PATH.
5. Copy counter.js code to CODE.
