When I run aq, I observed that my gpu occupies about 70% of my cpu occupies about 40% (8c16t cpu, set t = 12). How do I set up to increase the cpu and gpu occupied? ?

AQ resigns when its win rate goes below 10%. For handicap games this may be too high since the stronger player has a big disadvantage at the start of the game and has to fight to get back into the game. Often Leela can beat me in games that AQ has resigned.
Is there an easy way to change the resignation threshold? I tried making changes at line 310 in gtp.cpp but the only result was that AQ sent a Pass instead of resigning. Setting -never resign =on also resulted in AQ sending a PASS, not in continuing to play.

Eigen that TensorFlow uses runs multiple threads automatically.
This makes "-thread count" option meaningless.

I tried adding EIGEN_DONT_PARALLELIZE into defines in third_party/eigen.BUILD, but it seemed no effect.
