Help menu takes way to long because of flood protection

Right now you can sub a player out with a completely made up name if you like, as the bot doesn't check if it's an actual person connected to the channel.

have check logic in models rather than the plugin section, maybe done with exceptions?

More than one default so can have NA + EU LT queue and !add adds to both

if someone uses !add all and it completes a queue and puts them in game they will also be added to the other queues despite being in that game.

I'm near completion on a steambot for Midair that will allow users to retrieve server and pug stats in a similar fashion to Xenia.

It would be awesome if users of the steam bot could sign up for one of Xenia's pugs. The steambot would have access to the steam profile of said user so that their steam name can be passed along to you via a post request.
