Generating and creating docs

sudo apt install -y doxygen graphviz
# runs doxygen
make doc

Doc will be in public/index.html.

For your function/struct comment to be picked up by Doxygen, start it with a slash and two stars: /**. For example:

 * Creates a new process.
 * @param pt_func Pointer to the address that the process should begin
 * executing from.
 * @param ssize Stack size guantreed to the calling process.
 * @param prio Priority of this process. A higher priority will mean

Remove cli/sti from keyboard

cons_read is in a Interrupt Gate like all our interrupts. Whenever it's called, interrupts are disabled, and are re-enabled later on IRET.

Problem it is has to wait for the keyboard, right now we do this like:

        while (keyboard_buffer[index_read] == 0) {
            // wait for a character
            sti();
            hlt();
            cli();
        }

which re enables interrupts and allows keyboard interrupts to happen again, but there's probably another way.
