A helpful TTS tool for language learning

Support English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean

Get started

Step 1 - Download Python

Download Python from here. Remember to check "Add to PATH" option during installation

If Python is already installed, please skip this step

Step 2 - Install dependencies

Run "requirements.bat" to install dependencies.

Step 3 - Customize your settings

Open "config.ini", in this file you can set speakers for different languages, and you can also configure whether notifications pop up after the program is triggered.

Step 4 - Run the main program

Run "main.py" to launch the main program. Then you can put the command line window in the background

Now, whenever you select a piece of text and press Ctrl+C three times within one second, it will trigger the voice reading.
