Auto run the self-build srsLTE with customized setting of SIB

I am using this repository together with srsLTE-pws.
I changed the BYTE_CODE_PATH to the correct one in enb_cf_parser.cc and installed all dependencies for the script.sh.
This is the log I have. I'm using an iPhone SE, which correctly attach to the network but does not receive emergency alerts on SIB10, 11 or 12.

Am I supposed to touch the sib.conf in any way?
I need help on operating andd using your pws-script i cannot receive any sib12 messages on my ue
