• swapping with NPC when he's standing in the doorway allows player to step over him afterwards
• unidentified cursed unique items show unique color in inventory instead of red after BUC equip-identification
• auto-repair uses wrong turns counter (most likely game updates instead of actual player / actor turns)

When climbing up/down a ladder 'shift' needed to be pressed apart from '<'/'>' keys

Suggestion: only '>' or '<' should be needed to climb a ladder

Current save system (while crude and working) is susceptible to very long loading times in case when player saved very deep into the dungeon. In this case during loading the game will basically recreate all levels up to the save point which could easily take up a minute or longer.
Also you can exploit current save system by going around in circles, thus constantly adding tasks to subsequent loading.
Try to create an "honest" save by dumping states of all levels, actors, game objects and everything.
