To get the check data integrity working, we need to check if the "pycohal" can be installed on lxplus successfully. Currently the working version is at:
ntucms1: /home/pixel_dev/cmspxltb/trunk/pycohal
Essentially change the line like:
https://github.com/xshi/dqm/blob/dev/python/dqm.py#L200
with the appropriate commands using jobsub
To get the input for DQM accept two dat files inside one run number, this need to change the cfg file (or xml file) from jobsub side, the dqm.py (which is doing a soft link to mtb.bin at the moment) and the dqm.cc (which again also only deals with one run number for the root files)
