Update https://xmpp.org/rfcs/rfc6122.html and add https://xmpp.org/rfcs/rfc7622.html

The version of RFC 6122 hosted on xmpp.org does not signal that RFC 6122 has been obsoleted by RFC 7622. But it is still a top it if you search for e.g. "XMPP address format". Therefore I suggest that

We update the HTML-rendered version of RFC 6122
Add a HTML-rendered version of RFC 7622 (or maybe even better: a redirect to https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7622 or https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7622.txt)

RFC 3920 not marked as deprecated

Over the last few days I've seen people link to the version of RFC 3920 on the website (https://xmpp.org/rfcs/rfc3920.html) and reference it multiple times. When I pointed out that it was deprecated they were suprised.

Maybe we should add a deprecation notice to the copy of RFC 3920 on the website?

Add RFC5122

This one describes the xmpp: IRI scheme, and is thus very relevant to xmpp.org.
