Hi Ashustar,
You can use arduino/rasberry pi or infact any shield/grove and any peripherals in conjunction with PYNQ Z2 board. However we shall only be providing PYNQ Z2 board once your abstract is shortlisted.
The pynq library of Z2 has the support for both arduino and rpi.
