婚姻登记预约小程序：传统的婚姻登记形式，都是群众直接到区民政局婚姻登记处办理婚姻登记，尤其是近年来，许多办事群众喜欢在情人节或者特殊谐音的日子比如2月14日、5月20日、5月2日、9月9日等，办理婚姻登记，但是由于没有全市统一的预约渠道，一方面人们不能及时了解当天的办事人数，无法科学合理安排办理时间，往往造成民政部门办事大厅拥挤，队伍排成长龙，人员的聚焦也不利于疫情防控；另一方面部分办事群众缺乏婚姻登记知识的了解渠道，携带资料不完整，导致因为办理的条件不符，影响了登记业务的办理。为此，海口市民政局婚姻登记处决定开发婚姻登记预约小程序，通过线上预约来解决目前存在的问题。
