CMCC IPTV sources update & convert tools

1. Run ./updateSource.sh if you can get CMCC IPTV sources directly (optional).
2. Run python3 GetURL.py for detail. (Remeber, default udpxy address is 192.168.1.1:8888)

1. Update/get CMCC IPTV live sources.

2. Start to convert sources format that udpxy can be distinguish.

3. Output file.

1. If you have already setup router-on-a-stick (单臂路由) between the normal internet and IPTV internet, you can try to add a static route to get the CMCC IPTV sources without access modem. (Special thanks to LGA1150)
