I am using rootless method. I have try to use the same apk without patching no issue at all. After patching, I cannot select other albums when posting. Try to click the button as shown in the screenshot below, it crash when I clicked it

I tried to follow all the process and while trying first time, the developer option won't show up but 2nd time, it worked and now this time, the Employee option doesnt show up in "Meta Config".

I already have installed official installed. Installed the igexperiments app and enabled in lsposed. Restarted my device and enabled Instragram under the patch. Aftwr that neither igexperiments nor Instragram app opens. Uninstalled

I've been trying to make your app work with LSPatch, but I'm unsure how. You did mention that it is supported on your Github, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong.

Here are the steps I'm taking when trying to enable the app with LSPatch. Maybe you can help me out and let me know if I'm doing anything incorrectly. I would really appreciate it :)

Hello, I just downloaded and installed this mod. The IGEX apk has a very direct step-by-step guide without much explanation. I didn't quite understand when you said: "Kill and launch ig / 4 long press the home button and enjoy"
I looked for a step by step guide but couldn't find it, could anyone help me? Does this mod still work today? I'm confused.
I didn't find the options, if there is a way to view without leaving a trace, save the instant photos from the dm...

Sir app get's freeze I'm on Android 13 don't know why please fix it

I installed instagram apk from apkmirror. And then I tried clicking kill and launch instagram button on IGexperiments app, but it kept saying stop the app manually ( I've given the lsposed and magisk rights).
And when i stop the app, and launch nothing happens.
Would be great if someone could help me out :))

After patched the instagram, the Threads's add to story and feed is not working anymore.

I was tried searching for "is_emplyee" but i am unable to find the string in the decompioled version of code.
I am using https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/instagram/instagram-instagram/instagram-instagram-300-0-0-0-60-release/

If possible please ad this version as well.

Meanwhile i willl try otyher methods to find the class.

I have install this module using LSposed.. selected the stable version and downloaded.. killed the app and run. But still there is no dev options when I long press the home button ?

This is in reference to my earlier post where I had mentioned Ig experiment module 2.4 doesn't even open but 2.3 works. So i uninstalled 2.3. Thej installed 2.4 version Attaching lsposed logs now. Check

Using miui 14 based on android 13 .

As long as module is enabled neither Ig experiment module nor Instagram app won't even open. Had to disable the module to make Instagram open.

Internal settings are still giving me an error that says: "Internal settings are only accessible to employees and test accounts"

Edit: no worries, I found the way to update it, I found the class name for the specific version, I will push a pull request...

I've redone it three different times with the same results

I step by step followed your instructions and when I get to where I'm supposed to hold the home key

I'm using it with KernelSu and LSPosed and I cannot get the module to work, there's no popup telling me that something is wrong, not even when trying to inject the wrong version.

I've tried with both stable and alpha but it doesn't seem to work.

I tried force stopping Instagram, clearing app data but nothing made the module work

First off all IGexperiments working good. I enable developer settings but all of them is just number. I can't find "is_employee" option

Hi .i have two queries regarding the ig Experiment module.

1. For update you have mentioned Enable "is employee", "employee options", "is employee or test user".

Under ' is employee or test user ' there are two sub categories - is and is enabled. Both need to be turned on?

2. For update to new version you have mentioned to -

Disable the Modulde from (magisk, Edxposed, LSposed etc...)
Download and Install a newer version from Apkmirror

After installing new version then would i need to enable the igexperiments module back again from lsposed or let me remain disabled?

The readme file does not seem to indicate what this project can do, but does it enable developer options? Can't this be directly enabled in the system settings on an Android phone?

Hi, I know a better way to enable the developer/experiment options that supports all the versions ( past, present, future*) and the cherry on top is, this method doesn't require to modify the apk file
