Hi, I have just compared this implementation with https://crates.io/crates/hungarian, and with GLPK to be sure what is right (optimal) - that your implementation is 2x slower than Rust is not an issue, still 3x faster than GLPK program. But this is an issue - your code gives non-optimal solutions with unbalanced scenarios (non-square cost matrix), maybe it concerns only bigger models, n=100+, I don't know. Well, such GITHUB repos can be used by trustful people in big industry projects, please check it, or maybe I am wrong and there is a bug in my test rutines :)
