Add a Two Factor Provider for confirmation login process with Telegram.
I see two ways for confirmation:

• Send confirmation code. User should input him manually in field on site.
• Send message with buttons "Accept" and "Decline". User should press any button, site in background should periodically check user input.

I've installed the addon on xenforo but what to do with the php file on the root folder ? Where to move it ?

Move the availability of notifications from global settings to permissions.

Well, i found a very funny bug.
When i write message in conversation, i received notification in Telegram with text me replied to conversation ...

Add new Widget Definition Type.
This widget should display information about chat or channel.
This widget should be available from /admin.php?widgets/ for add.

Add notifications in Telegram to queue.
Queue should be processed by Cron Job.

• Rename Telegram to [Telegram] Login Core (or maybe just [Telegram] Core?)
• Move a notifications feature to separate addon with name [Telegram] Notifications
• Move a media code with posts to separate addon with name [Telegram] Posts without requiring Core.
