3gpp dictionary is not available in Attr.

When trying to access the 3gpp dictionary via Attr.3gpp it is not available. The macro that is loading the dictionaries in attributes.ex should handle the 3gpp in a slightly different way to other dictionaries as the atom cannot start with a number:

While maybe not the best way, I hacked it like this to get it to load:

    name = file |> String.replace("dictionary", "attr")
                |> String.replace("3", "X_3")
                |> String.split(".")
                |> Enum.map( &String.capitalize/1 )
                |> Enum.join(".")

Compiling on Elixir 1.3.0

I tried to compile exradius on Elixir 1.3.0 and got this error

With Elixir 1.2.6 everything is ok.
