Preface

This document describes the functionality provided by the XL Release Octopus plugin.

See the XL Release reference manual for background information on XL Release and release orchestration concepts.

Overview

This XL Release plugin can trigger deployments on Octopus Deploy.

Octopus_Demo

Requirements

  • XL Release 6.0+

Installation

  • Copy the latest JAR file from the releases page into the XL_RELEASE_SERVER/plugins directory.
  • Restart the XL Release server.

Usage

Create Releases

Creates a new Octopus Release and returns it's releaseId

Deploy a releaseId to an environment

Release Creation issue in Octopus Deploy

Hi,
Thanks for your effort.

I have tried to use the plug in but getting this error. I am attaching the log file which XL release generates.

Also , the plug in I am using to create a release requires more parameters than the screenshot/source code at the git. I am attaching those screen shots too.
