We should update the custom FC check, so it only check certain cookbooks...
default value of attribute validatechanges
The attribute validatechanges has a default value in the cookbook as 'permissive' but from the documentation it looks like it should be a Boolean. I don't know which one is correct but it seems either the cookbook or the documentation should be updated.
Add a rubocop config file
Tuning rubocop to a specific style is always needed. This cookbook should place a .rubocop.yml file in the configured tempdir so that rubocop finds it when checking uploaded cookbooks.
Another option would be configuring Chef-Guard to invoke rubocop with the --config option.
Running the cookbook without the S3 key/secret
