This is again another attempt at a code lyoko mod in 1.12.2, I've already made some good progress but I do need some help if anyone's willing (1.15.2 is in an experiemental state currently)
The Holographic map projector will no longer work after I got rid of the tile entity assignments of the quantum steel. I got rid of it for the sole reason of multiple being built. with how it used to work if more than one holo projector was built then the quantum steel used for the frame of the other projector will already be pre-emptively invisible before completion, causing an X-ray glitch to occur because it's a solid block. I have no idea why it's not working anymore because based on the code the tile entity that was once there in the quantum steel shouldn't have affected the holoprojector tile entity in any way
We need to update to 1.18.2 URGENTLY, the Log4j exploit has been fixed in this version, and there's more refactorings in general to make performance better
Hello, I recently (like yesterday) started to update the CortexModders CodeLyokoMod and just found your update, and I'm willing to help you, as there's a lot of stuff I don't really get in the old forge, so contact me if you're still up to work on this
Completed/Still working:
- Blocks
- ONE BlockEntity (Renamed from TileEntity)
- special blocks, like marabunta etc.
- ONE gui (the tower interface was the easiest to refactor)
- Items (mostly)
- Entity Models (sort of)
Incomplete/not working anymore:
- Most of the block entities
- most of the guis
- Dimensions
- Scanner model
- custom fonts (doesn't work properly)
- Entity renderers
- Entity Definitions
there's a current bug with intelij that's preventing me from being able to build and\or test the forge version of this mod, so for now I'm going to work on the fabric version. I've already added a lot of parity with the forge version
I don't know how to fix this, but whenever I try to make a GUI open either I use GuiContainer extension and it crashes because it's not meant to have a slot in it. or nothing happens at all when I try to call it as a GuiScreen. I don't know how to fix this, and if anyone knows how to fix this I'll be appreciated
