burpsuite's Issues

Not Working in MAC OSX Application Mode.

First of all, thank you for starting such a project.
I edited the Info.plist file as you described for MAC OSX computers. After the first edit it works from the shortcut in the dock. "Cannot open “Burp Suite Professional” after restarting the computer. I get an error.
The method you mentioned doesn't quite work. Do you have a suggestion about this?

mac get license

Here is an English translation of your description:

When I tried to install an app on my Mac by following the steps you provided earlier, I got an exception "EXC_CRASH (SIGKILL (Code Signature Invalid))".

To get the app to open temporarily, I ran these two commands:

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app"

codesign --force --deep --sign - "/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app"

After that I was able to launch the app, but it still asks for a data license.

How can I obtain this license? Could you please advise on how to resolve this code signing issue so I can properly install and license this app on my Mac?

Let me know if you need any clarification on the problem or have additional details to share. I'd be glad to help troubleshoot further.

Error in new versions

Hi, After doing the instruction for Mac and trying to fix Error The application "Burp Suite Proffesional" can't be opened.
by sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app"; codesign --force --deep --sign - "/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app" I got

/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app: replacing existing signature
/Applications/Burp Suite Professional.app: resource fork, Finder information, or similar detritus not allowed

And burp won't open. How can I fix it?

JavaApplicationStub quit

After making changes in the Info.plist the application shows problem report.

How to fix this?

In command-line it works perfectly.
