現状、 GitHub Packages (Docker) は docker pull でも認証が必要であり、不便。
Docker Hub にも対応する。

#3 で追加した Cloud Tasks action が不完全で、一度 Cloud Tasks に登録された後に Google Calendar から削除しても Cloud Tasks には反映されず削除されない。
対応が必要。
#4 の後に対応する。
