These should have properties like distance, area etc

Use case:

• As a SAR user I want to be able to map out the search area, and see the total area, elevation distance, terrain type etc
• As a recreational user I want to be able to draw a line or multipoint line and measure difference, and see gradient profile for hikes etc

Support features like:

• IMT can dispatch a tasking to a team and that tasking shows in their app, and on their map
• Inter team messaging, and messaging / broadcast from IMT

As a user, I'd like to create custom profiles and select which profile I am using. A profile should consist of preferred map type, units of measurement, and profile specific functionality (e.g. AIS for Marine)
